How long can my child use the swing?
Our swings are designed for infants that weigh less than 25 lbs. (11.3-kg). As infants have limited neck and head control, keep the swing seat fully reclined until the child is at least four (4) months old AND can hold their head up without help. If the seat is too upright, an infant’s head can drop forward compressing the airway which could result in death. Always secure the infant in the restraint system and never leave an infant unattended in a swing. Always keep the infant in view.
What can I do if the swing is not swinging or is swinging very slowly?
If your swing motor is not swinging or is swinging slowly please use the following tips:

  • Are you using fresh batteries?
    • Yes – Ensure the batteries are installed correctly.
    • No – We recommend installing fresh batteries
    • Lastly, remove the batteries and try reinstalling them
  • Try different settings on the swing and try gently pushing the swing to get is started
  • Ensure the swing frame is fully opened.

The swing may not operate with an infant over 10 lbs. on setting 1; therefore, adjust the setting accordingly. When using the swing in setting 1 and 2 it is normal for the swing to auto-start at a faster setting and will adjust to the selected setting within 30 seconds.
